sage-plantingShé:kon / Greetings!

We invite you to become acquainted with the botanical name Salvia Apiana, for California White Sage, known by First Nations as BUFFALO SAGE.

Our goal is to help everyone to know this plant and it’s world better and to share the medicine it has provided to The People for millennia. It is core to our living connection with the Earth, Life and our Family…The People. The story of Sage has to do with a world both incessantly modern, as it is timeless. It is one to connect with and feel involved with.

Our purpose is beyond trading. Our interest is to keep this wonderful plant as part of our medicine and prayers…making sure this plant survives – IN IT’S ORIGINAL BIOSPHERE (the SW coastal mountains of California). What you can do depends on your resources. There are many steps ahead – precise planning, testing, marketing, analysis and strategy – as well as building permanent shelter for Buffalo Sage.
